SOLARI STORAGE ("SOLARI," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our advertisements, our web forms, and our phone communications with you.
01Who We Are
SOLARI STORAGE is a sales and lead generation organization specializing in home battery storage and solar. We are not an installation company. When you work with us, we connect you with vetted, independent, licensed installation partners who perform the actual fulfillment and installation work. We currently operate in the State of California and may expand to partner with installers in other states in the future.
02Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you click on one of our advertisements, fill out a form on our website, request a quote, or speak with a member of our team by phone, we collect only the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your home address
- The date of your submission or contact
- Any notes or details you provide about the reason you are reaching out
- Details about your existing solar system (for example, information you share in a form or that our team records in a battery survey during a call, such as system size, installer, panel details, utility company, or system performance)
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site may use cookies and standard analytics tools that collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site (for example, through one of our advertisements). We use this to understand how our website and ads perform. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers through our website or advertisements.
03How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide for our own business records and to serve you. Specifically, we may use it to:

04What We Do Not Do With Your Information
- We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, list sellers, or third-party marketing companies.
- We do not monetize your data by passing it to other companies so they can market to you or spam you.
- We do not send your information anywhere other than through our own lead management and customer relationship systems and, where applicable, to the vetted installation partner fulfilling your request.
- We are not a spam operation. Our outreach is informational and program-focused, and we honor every request to stop contacting you.
05How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
Vetted installation partners
If you express interest in moving forward, we share your information with the licensed, independent installation partner responsible for fulfilling your project. We only partner with installers we have vetted and believe will be there to take care of you for the long term. Our partners are permitted to use your information only to serve your project, not to market unrelated products to you or resell your information.
Service providers
We use trusted software vendors that help us operate, for example our lead management platform, customer relationship management (CRM) system, scheduling tools, and phone or dialer systems. These providers process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights, our customers, or the public.
Business transfers
If SOLARI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
06Phone Calls, Texts, and Outreach
One of our departments operates a phone outreach team. Think of it as our virtual version of door-to-door: we reach out to homeowners with existing solar systems to check in on how their systems are performing and to share information about rebates and incentive programs they may be eligible for. Many homeowners are unaware these programs exist, and many were left without support after their original solar company went out of business.
Here is how our outreach works:
- If you are interested, we store your information so we can schedule an appointment and follow up with you.
- If you are not interested, we will not spam call or harass you. Tell us once, and we will honor it.
- We maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor the National Do Not Call Registry as required by law.
- To stop hearing from us at any time, you can say so on any call, reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at Stephen@Solaristorage.com or 925-719-5597.
- Calls with our team may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes. Where recording occurs, you will be notified at the start of the call in accordance with California law.
Consent to receive calls or texts from us is never a condition of purchasing anything.
07SMS Messaging
Customers who provide consent may receive transactional SMS messages from Solari Storage related to scheduled appointments, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and updates regarding the representative assigned to their appointment.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Solari Storage does not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to provide the messaging service.

08Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You are in control of your information. At any time, you may request that we:
- Tell you what personal information we have collected about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information from our systems

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, including the rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

09Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: to serve your inquiry, maintain our business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
10Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data as if it were our own.
11Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites, such as utility companies, program administrators, or our installation partners. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
