Welcome to SOLARI STORAGE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our advertisements, our web forms, and the services we provide ("Services"). By accessing our website, submitting a form, or engaging with our team, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
01Who We Are and What We Do
SOLARI STORAGE ("SOLARI," "we," "us," or "our") is a sales and lead generation organization focused on home battery storage first and solar second. We provide education, outreach, qualification, and appointment-setting services to help homeowners understand and access battery storage, solar, and related rebate and incentive programs.
02Our Installation Partners
We take partner selection seriously. It is deeply embedded in our culture that we only partner with installers we have vetted and believe will be around for the long term to take care of their customers. We will not partner with companies we believe cannot stand behind their work.
That said, our Installation Partners are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or affiliates of SOLARI. Any contract for installation, equipment, financing, or related services is entered into directly between you and the Installation Partner (and, where applicable, the financing or leasing provider). SOLARI is not a party to those agreements and does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:
- The performance, workmanship, or timeline of any installation
- Equipment performance, defects, or manufacturer warranties
- Permitting, inspections, or utility interconnection
- The terms of any financing, lease, power purchase agreement, or loan
- The ongoing solvency or business operations of any Installation Partner
Our vetting reflects our good-faith judgment at the time of partnership and is not a warranty or guarantee of any Installation Partner's future performance or continued operation.
03Programs, Rebates, and Incentives
Much of our outreach focuses on rebates and incentive programs, and many homeowners simply do not know these programs exist. However, all rebates, incentives, tax credits, and utility programs are created, funded, and administered by third parties such as government agencies, program administrators, and utility companies. SOLARI does not control these programs and does not guarantee:
- That any program will remain open, funded, or available
- That you will qualify for, be approved for, or receive any rebate, incentive, or credit
- The amount or timing of any benefit
Program eligibility, terms, and funding can change at any time without notice. Information we share about programs is provided in good faith based on the best information available to us at the time.

Nothing provided by SOLARI, whether on our website, in our advertisements, or in conversations with our team, constitutes legal, tax, financial, or engineering advice. Estimates of savings, rates, or incentive amounts are illustrative only. SOLARI currently operates in the State of California. We may in the future partner with installers in other states that share our battery-first, solar-focused approach. Program information on our website is specific to California unless otherwise stated.

Program qualification and Installation Partner proposals depend on this information, and inaccurate information may affect eligibility or pricing.

All content on our website, including our name, logo, tagline, text, graphics, images, and materials, is the property of SOLARI STORAGE or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false or fraudulent information, scraping or harvesting data, introducing malicious code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

12Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Orange County, California, on an individual basis.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at Stephen@Solaristorage.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Most concerns can be resolved with a conversation.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of our website or Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOLARI regarding use of our website and Services.
